Philosophy

Read the anatomy first, discuss proportion second, pick up the needle last.

Changing a face without breaking its proportion is harder than changing it. A practice of nearly twenty years, and a system design that came out of it.

Story

I did not choose this field for beauty — I chose it because I wanted to know how proportion breaks.

I chose medicine because it is one of the few fields that can change how a person sees themselves. When I began working in aesthetic medicine, what held me was not the procedure but the weight of the decision: five physicians can write five different plans for the same face, and all five can be technically correct.

Over time I built my own rule. Read the anatomy first, discuss proportion second, pick up the needle last. When that order breaks the result usually comes out overdone — and although an overdone result can be reversed, the damage it does to a person's confidence does not reverse as easily.

Alongside the clinic a second kind of work grew: explaining. I began publishing case records, because a patient who arrives uninformed arrives with unrealistic expectations.

Not performing a procedure is also a decision, and usually the harder one.

Recently I have begun taking the work outside Iran. The reason is not a new market: different countries bring different facial types, different cultures of expectation and different regulatory frameworks. That difference is what matures a physician fastest.

In the same years a system grew out of what the practice itself needed. The patient's record, the physician's plan and the running of the clinic each sat somewhere else; bringing them into one order became a second occupation alongside medicine.

A system that does not predict

Aesthetic medicine has no measurement standard. Two photographs of the same face, taken differently, are not comparable — and “before and after” is a picture, not data. This system was built to close that gap. It is also the name the brand carries. Inventor.

Measure

01

Measurement, not prediction

The system guesses nothing. The physician places the points; the geometry is computed from them. It works like a caliper, not like a model — because the result is the physician’s to defend.

Plan

02

Simulation, not generation

A plan is a set of defined displacements, and the patient’s own photograph is pushed by exactly that much. The same plan always yields the same image. No face that does not exist is drawn.

Compare

03

The reference sits inside the patient

Comparison runs left against right. No population norm is used, because this project does not hold such data and does not pretend otherwise.

Principles

Comparability is a precondition of measurement
An image not captured under a defined protocol never reaches the measurement engine. A phone photograph is for looking at, not for measuring — and the screen says so.
Silence is also an answer
“No asymmetry above the resolution” and “nothing could be measured” are two different messages. Where evidence is thin no number is produced, and a measurement outside plausible bounds is refused.
Every decision leaves a trace
Accept, change and refuse are written to a visible decision log; editing something the system put there turns the entry from “accepted” into “accepted and changed”. The decision is the physician’s and stays there.

Three applications

  1. I

    Patient application

Their own record, the physician’s latest instruction, medication and skincare reminders, the ultraviolet index.

  2. II

    Physician application

Measurement, plan and follow-up. The list is a list of incomplete records — not a ranking of patients to treat.

  3. III

    Clinic application

Operations, stock, staff and consent records; data partitioned so that each country’s stays inside its own border.

Measurement depends on every capture being the same. The unit built for that fixes head position, makes its own light, and takes the colour image together with a depth measurement. Hardware production will be outsourced; the software, the app and the design stay with us.

What the consultation covers

Before any injection or treatment the face is assessed: proportion, skin quality, previous treatments and the medication you take. The plan and the cost are settled in that same session. Each slot is 30 minutes.

Hours and location

Amol practice, Ghaem Medical Building — Saturday to Wednesday, 14:00–20:00; closed Thursday and Friday. Patients outside Amol can choose a video consultation on the same booking page.

Before you come

  • Bring a list of your medication and supplements.
  • For 48 hours before an injection, avoid blood thinners unless your doctor says otherwise.
  • Tell us about cold sores, pregnancy, breastfeeding or any autoimmune condition.
  • A face without make-up makes the assessment more accurate.
